Officer responded to facility in reference to an attempted suicide. Upon arrival, staff advised that a resident reported he drank toilet bowl cleaner that was in the toilet bowl in an attempt to self-harm. Nurse assessed the resident who reported feeling nauseous. Resident was transported to the hospital.
