Battery
Upon officers arrival, staff stated a large fight broke out between the juveniles at the facility. Staff member stated she was hit with a chair. A juvenile had injuries to his face and arms. Staff asked officers to leave due to carrying firearms. Another staff member met officers outside, stating that while she assisted in holding a juvenile back from the fight, the juvenile grabbed her by her thumb and bent it backwards to her arm and then pushed her into a wall and kicked her in the stomach. Staff member stated facility has no safeguards for their employees and they are unable to defend themselves when being attacked. She did not want to pursue charges and stated her employer would do nothing to help her. That staff member was transported to the hospital.

Caller advised a juvenile left the facility on foot. Upon officers arrival, juvenile was with staff and was given a ride back to the facility. Juvenile was cooperative.

Two juveniles from Piney Ridge got onto Vantage Point roof and threw ice/HVAC items down to discourage staff from coming up. They then climbed down to runaway on foot, but staff eventually caught up to them and they returned to facility.

Suicide Threat
Resident found on floor with jacket wrapped around her neck. Caller advised resident was not able to speak and keeps going in and out of consciousness. Resident possibly hallucinating, no drug use other than prescribed medications. Officers remained outside, patient transported.
