- Licensing (Peer Altercation)
- Client and peer were in an altercation on 10/15/22, during which client fell and landed on his elbow. At the time of the injury, client reported minor pain in his elbow and no bruising or swelling was noted. On 10/19/22, an in-house x-ray was conducted after client complained of pain, and the x-ray showed no fractures. On 10/20/22, client complained of increased pain in his elbow and was transported to Ozark Orthopedics for an x-ray. Client was placed on no sports.
- Licensing follow-up: Specialist followed up with facility on 10/31/22 and 11/4/22 regarding client’s appointment with Ozark Orthopedics. Facility advised the client has a follow-up appointment scheduled. No licensing concerns noted.
