Public Comments Submitted Regarding PASSE 1915(b) and (c) Waivers and 1915(i), and the 1915(i) Fee-for-Service Adult Behavioral Services for Community Independence Manual

Disability Rights Arkansas, in concert with the Arkansas State Independent Living Council and Partners for Inclusive Communities, submitted public comments last week regarding the Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) Program- 1915(b) and (c) Waivers and 1915(i) SPA 2018-17, in addition to submitting comments for the 1915(i) Fee-for-Service Adult Behavioral Health Services for Community Independence Manual: State Plan Amendment 2018-16.  To read these comments, please see below:
