- ER Visit (Passed Out, Concussion)
- Client was upset about a rumor and was crying in the cafeteria. Staff attempted to counsel client and began to walk client across the hall where the nurses were. Client stated he didn’t feel good, then passed out and hit his head. CPR was performed and client regained consciousness. Client was transported to the ER and diagnosed with a concussion. No follow-up details.
