QRTP – Staff reported a missing Juvenile after not locating Juvenile for Counseling around 1330 hours. Officers contacted school who informed Officers that Juvenile was in class and safe.
Juvenile was located on campus by LRPD School Resource Officers; Officers were disregarded because Juvenile had returned.
QRTP – Officers were advised by Caller that Juvenile had returned to school.
Officers disregarded; Juvenile returned to facility.
Officers secured the scene for MEMS to transfer subjects to UAMS.
QRTP – Juvenile 1 and 2 got into verbal and physical altercation about an altercation that transpired between Juvenile 2s boyfriend and Juvenile 1. Staff requested both Juveniles be moved to a different location. Juvenile 2 was transported to a N Little Rock facility and Juvenile 1 to a facility in Conway. Officers advised staff to contact Juvenile 1s caseworker or guardian in reference to seeking warrants.
Juveniles returned with Officers.
QRTP – Officers transported student to school without incident.

QRTP – Officers arrived and checked Juveniles bedroom, found they had returned.
QRTP – Officers dispatched to facility; Staff advised that at approximately 1340, Juvenile walked off the property. Later that day, Officers were dispatched again to facility. Staff stated Juvenile had returned earlier but Staff had not reported that to Officers; Juvenile had took food and then ran away again. Around 2145 hours on 4/6/19, Juvenile was located and in custody of ULAR PD for felony theft charges and awaiting transport to Juvenile Detention.
Officers responded to address and were unable to locate an emergency.
QRTP – Staff stated Resident had a metal rod and was walking around the building looking for someone to strike. A Juvenile had then wrestled the rod away from the Resident. Resident stated he was upset and in fear of his life because another resident had wrapped a shoe string around his neck and tried to choke him. Staff stated both residents would be transported to Methodist Behavioral in Maumelle.
• Reviewed all areas used by children with no safety concerns found.
QRTP – Officers spoke with Juvenile who stated he was angry and threw a chair through the front window. MEMS treated Juvenile for minor cuts on his hands. MEMS transported Juvenile to Methodist Behavioral in Maumelle for further treatment.
QRTP – Staff stated Juvenile had been disruptive all day, had run away, and cut his wrists with broken glass. Staff advised they wanted Juvenile transported to Methodist Behavioral in Maumelle. Juvenile was transported without incident.
QRTP – Staff advised that an unreported runaway had just returned and was high on cough medicine. Staff advised that Juvenile had taken about 12 or more pills of cough medicine. MEMS transported Juvenile to Children’s Hospital.

QRTP – Staff stated 2 Juveniles had ran away from facility. Both Juveniles had returned before Officers arrived. Staff stated he still needed a report made.
Officers unable to locate Caller. Cellphone used was a burn out phone.
QRTP – Staff advised they wanted K-9 units to come sniff out residents room for possible narcotics. Officers informed Staff they were unable to fulfill their request.
Staff advised there was disturbance that took place; Situation had calmed before Officer arrival.
Staff stated the facility was broken into over the weekend. Staff stated when she arrived, she observed damage to property. Officers did not observe any signs of forced entry. Staff stated suspect likely gained entry through an unlocked window at facility. Only property missing was assorted candy from offices within building. Staff stated she would contact police once the security video footage was reviewed.
Staff stated one of the kids were out control & having a hard time following instructions. Another employee stated that Juvenile was trying to drink ink from a pen, punched a wall and refused to get off the floor. Juvenile is currently being evaluated by caseworker.
QRTP – Staff stated that during verbal altercation with Juvenile, Juvenile threatened to leave the facility and return with a gun. Staff also advised Juvenile had made a personal threat towards him, threatening to kill Staff. Juvenile was issued a citation to appear in court and was transported to Methodist Acute Hospital in Maumelle.
