Staff reported that earlier in the day he was informed by staff members that a group of juveniles had planned to attack another juvenile and incite a riot to escape. After juvenile went to attack the other juvenile, another ran toward the Nurse Station and took a key card, giving them access to the facility doors. A group of juveniles (7 total) then escaped through the back door. They were located and transported back to facility by officers.

Officer made contact with parent in reference to their child being kissed inappropriately by another juvenile at facility. Parent stated they were informed of the incident by a staff member. CEO contacted parent stating their child had been moved to a private room after the incident, & that no video footage can be found where the child had stated it happened.

Caller (parent) stated she was dropping her child off at facility when child jumped out of car and was in front of facility. Officers reported that Juvenile was inside facility upon arrival.

Staff stated that Juvenile wanted to go to the other side of facility and when Staff told her that she can go back when “everything calms down on the other side”, Juvenile broke a wooden chair and started to strike the wall with it putting large holes in the walls. Juvenile then tore the light switch off the wall and started to burst the glass out of nurse station and exit doors. Juvenile was arrested and transported to JDC.
